BCEDF has awarded grants and funds on a competitive basis to help eligible customers. Assistance include a credoit workshope and 100% financing to Texas residents and other financing options for families purchasing a new and resell home.

Eligible applicants include credit unions, homebuyers, authorities, resident management corporations, resident councils, non-profit organizations, housing cooperatives, and public entities.
